The Cyclone, ridden by MASKED RIDER 2, transformed by Hayato Ichimonji, also known as the "Modified Cyclone"! Originally released in 1973 as the "Mini Mini Cyclone," this classic toy, which became the progenitor of Popinica and CHOGOKIN, is making a comeback in 2026, the 55th anniversary year of Kamen Rider, as the Popinica "Modified Cyclone"! The original form remains the same, but the Rider figure is painted in the old Kamen Rider 2 colors. The scarf around his neck is made of cloth with wire inside.
